Accumulation Tanks

renewable energy accumulation tank

Accumulation tanks are intended for accumulation and subsequent distribution of thermal energy from solid fuel boilers, heat pumps, solar collectors, electric boilers etc. We supply accumulation tanks with a soft polyurethane isolation.

Accumulation tanks are intended for accumulation and subsequent distribution of thermal energy from solid-fuel fired boilers, heat pumps, solar collectors, electric boilers etc. No heating coils can be installed into these tanks, just an el. Heating rod.Heating rods of 2 - 12 KW output can be installed directly into the sleeves and power supplied eitherwith 230V or 3 x 230V/400V. Tanks coming with a 100 mm thick insulation.

Models

200, 300, 500, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 l capacity.

In the accumulation tank heating water is heatet up from several heat scouces like various types of hot-water boilers, renewable energy sources (wood gasifying boilers, pellet boilers, heat pumps, solar collectors), or electric heating rods. Should the tank be connected to a solar system, this must be done via a heat exchanger because solar ststems are not filled with heating water. Individual connection points are assigned according to the circuits to be connected. There is a wide choice of combinations.

Cylinders

Accumulation Cylinder

Cylinders with one or two heating coils, enabling installation of an electric heating element and also another heating element or an finned tube exchanger into the flange of the laterial inspection.hole. In order to reach proper working of the tank, it is necessary to design optimum hydraulics of the whole system, i.e. position of circulation pumps for sources and heating circuits, valves, non-return valves etc.

Models

150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 l capacity.

Thermal Insulation

Tanks of volume up to 500 l are supplied with a hard polyurethane insulation 50 mm thick with a PVC surface. Tanks of 750 and 1000 l volume are supplied with a hard detachable polyurethane insulation 75 mm thick with a leatherette surface. Tanks of 1500, 2000 and 3000 l volume have the insulation 100 mm thick. The insulation can be detached for easier handling.
